Know what this is? It's a boneless baby back rib sandwich. HELL YEAH. Probably the best sandwich ever. I found it at a new barbecue place that opened in Gun Barrel City called Xtreme BBQ. They have a full menu, but this is pretty much all I order. And the baked beans are pretty fabulous, too.

The Best Sandwich Ever

Nope...she got the chicken fried steak treatment. It came complete with taxidermied deer heads as decor.
